Section Manufacturing Workshop:
Covering a total area of 120,000 square metres, featuring automated welding robot stations, flat panel butt welding machines, and multiple large gantry cranes, enabling parallel workflows for ship sections with precision up to ±2mm.
Paint & Outfitting Centre:
Closed paint shop meeting international environmental standards, equipped with a VOCs exhaust treatment system; outfitting quay allows simultaneous equipment installation, system testing, and mooring trials, achieving efficient 'launch-and-commission' workflow.
