Quality inspection during dredger production
Throughout the entire production process, we strictly adhere to ISO quality management systems and classification society standards (e.g., CCS, BV), ensuring comprehensive quality control at every stage.
Raw Material Control: All steel materials and key components are sourced from qualified suppliers with quality certificates and undergo strict inspection before entering the factory.
In-Process Inspection: Each production stage—from cutting, welding, assembly to coating—is monitored by dedicated quality inspectors with complete inspection records.
Non-Destructive Testing (NDT): Critical welds undergo ultrasonic, radiographic, or other NDT methods to ensure welding quality meets classification standards.
Full Vessel Testing: Prior to delivery, full-scale water trials are conducted, including testing of the main engine, dredging system, hydraulic system, and electrical controls to ensure reliable performance.
