HID is able to provide the most reliable service to its users.
HID dredger shipyard launches new benchmark for 'full lifecycle service ecosystem' Today, as dredging projects increasingly aim for 'zero downtime and high output', the after-sales service capability of equipment has become a key factor for shipowners when choosing partners.
HID Shipyard has officially upgraded its service brand strategy for global customers, announcing the creation of a comprehensive service network covering the full lifecycle of 'delivery-operation-maintenance-upgrade'. From the '48-hour global arrival' emergency promise to digital enabling of 'predictive maintenance', HID is transforming service from 'after-sales guarantee' into a key part of 'value creation', providing each HID dredger with a 'personal advisory team' during offshore operations. Considering that dredging projects are often located in remote ports or overseas sites, HID Shipyard has set up four major spare parts storage and maintenance centres in Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Africa, and South America, and deployed on-site service engineer teams. Meanwhile, HID promises that upon receiving a customer's urgent repair request, spare parts and maintenance personnel can reach most major global ports within 48 hours. This rapid response is backed by HID's strategic priority transport agreements with several international logistics giants and the prepositioning of emergency toolkits along key shipping routes.
Over the past year, the HID service team has carried out 87 emergency repair tasks, with an average arrival time of 41.6 hours, and equipment restoration taking less than 18 hours on average, saving customers over 100 million yuan in potential downtime, for which customers have sent special letters of thanks.
